I’ve been a juried Roycrofters-at-Large woodworker since 2018. That role has deepened my commitment to the craftsman tradition: simple, honest design; careful joinery; respect for wood’s natural character; and quiet utility that elevates everyday life.
My clocks, mirrors, picture frames, and home accessories follow that lineage—proportions that feel inevitable, details that honor the material, and finishes that reveal grain. Function guides form; the work is durable and meant to be used and passed on.
Being juried affirms skill and ideals, but the true reward is the craft: planing and sanding rhythms, tight joints, and light across a finished surface. Since 2018 I’ve blended mid-century and Arts & Crafts influences to meet subtle contemporary needs.
Thank you to the Roycrofters-at-Large community and the jurors.
